Getting things lined up to send the PCM out.

So far other than the usual, Plugs, Wires, Cap, and rotor.
new impeller.
oil change.

added a second battery with switch.
adding a new transducer and lowrance depth finder/sonar GPS.
Going to add blue interior LED lighting.
Adding additional speakers.
A good starbrite hull cleaning and PTEF wax.

Also added a 7 person raft at the end of last season.
Just bought a 2 person sport tube.

4 butterfly intake sitting on the shelf and a 300 ignition box on the way. Going to do a set of CCM reeds while the intake is off. If the right deal on a set of heads and/or fuel ECU from a 250Xb or 300 heads comes along I may do that too. Gonna be one bad eggbeater.

John

I have not been able to find a 250 blower so I picked up a HP 500 intake/car/flame arrestor and I'm considering doing a full roller setup.

I sent my ecu to DBR for a remap on my 300xs, anyone else have the level 1.1 remap? Big difference? Also ordered an alien style carbon cowl from Mike Nass. Can't wait to get em:drool:

Last fall: Water pump inspection, new thermostats, rebuilt poppet valve, gear lube, new fuel hose and primer bulb from the tank to the engine

Over winter: Rebuilt all three carbs, rebuilt the fuel pump, replaced the fuel filter and all fuel lines on the outboard

Nothing major, just keeping it reliable. Still need to hang the engine back on the boat when I get it from storage.
