84 predictor with 115 tower of power project

Recently bought my Predictor for $300. The motor turned out to be seized and the lower unit was junk too. I found another motor with good compression and spark for free. Someone had a different motor on it at one point and there were extra holes in the transom that were plugged with wood dowels. I Have filled the extra holes with west systems epoxy. There also was a chunk of glass missing at the bottom of the stern about 1/4" high. Took awhile to dry it out enough to fill with glass mat and epoxy but, I should be hanging the motor tomorrow. I can't wait to wet it!
