120 HP Evinrude OMC V4 Looper Rebuild

It a been a lot of work but it's turning out better than I expected!

Ok got my pictures back here are the carbs all apart:

Jets soaking in acetone:

The carb body and bowls are warped about .015" total in The worst spots:

Light sand on a flat machined plate with 400 grit sand paper cleaned the bowls up quick:

The carb bodies were a bit worse, but two hours later they are pretty dang close to perfectly flat:

Im going to run the carbs through a soap/water bath and reassemble them tomorrow I hope
