1979 16' Checkmate Trimate II w/ Trailer 4 sale - $800 (Northern NJ)

Motor will be a project or replacement as I blew a ring this summer. Don't have time or resources.

Hull is in good shape, installed new steering system 4 years ago and bilge pump. 16 gallon custom aluminum tank. Winterized every year.

Looking to get rid of it as soon as possible. Have title for trailer/boat. Factory manual, etc.

no tire kickers, if interested, come and get it! Located in Northern NJ.

Thanks,
Mark

Wow, nice looking boat for $800. Shouldn't have any trouble selling it for that price. Best of luck on the sale.:thumb: Jim

Having a hard time selling it here on the forum. Going to list it on craigslist. Figure I would let the community have first dibs.
Thanks.

Just a thought. If you waited til the weather breaks next spring it might sell a lot easier and you should be able to get your asking price. Looks like a great boat especially for what you're asking for it. If you need to move now that's totally understandable. CL should get you some action. It's great that you thought about the Forum first. Too bad you couldn't get any bites. Good luck on the sale whatever you end up doing.:thumb: Jim

Just wanted to update those interested that I do NOT have a title for the trailer, only for the boat. I don't believe NJ provides titles on trailers, only homemade ones. For that reason, I will include a copy of my NJ trailer registration as proof that it went through registration.

Thanks
