1979 Eluder W/1985 Yamaha 175

I found a 79 Eluder in nice shape with a cmc hydraulic lift,175 Yamaha 1985,3 props,trailer is decent,boat looks nice but needs interior,its shot.Owner will take around 3000.00.Is this a decent deal?The boat belongs to a friend of mine,have rode in it,runs great.If anyone is interested get back with me and I can hook you up with the guy.
