1999 200efi merc

I have a 1999merc 200efi that I believe is an xl it has been well maintained and runs great it has right at 125 psi on all 6 cylinders. The engine has a Bobs low water pickup, Bobs solid aluminum upper and lower mounts, new mercury SS swivel pin and yoke with all new swivel pin bushings and seals.
2 new thermostats new poppit valve assembly complete new water pump assembly including the water pump base all new bleed hoses and a rebuilt pulse fuel pump, new cap and float on the reserve oil tank new oil hoses and caps on the remote oil tank. Its also sitting on what I believe is a Bobs 6" manual jack plate that I may be looking to sell but I honestly don't know what is a fair price to ask.

spoke with mercury today to verify info it is a 1999 2.5L 200efi L it is NOT an XL it has a 20" mid section also left out of above post is 10 new powerhead studs washers and nuts. don't guess I can post pics direct here but can email them or text them.

I'm kind of torn at the moment about selling it, I looked it up on nada and they show low retail for an average motor is $2995 I fell this one is far from average with all the work and upgrades it has done to it I am thinking complete with jack plate and SS prop it would take $4500 for me to sell.
