Hey everyone,

I just thought I'd let you know we just passed the 2000 member mark. I know the number at the bottom says 1700 and something, but it's wrong. We're actually at 2001 as I make this post.

Truly an accomplishment Chris. I bet you never thought you would see it ever get this big when ya first started the site!! This site definitely gives validity to the adage that a waterfall first starts with only one drop of water. Congrats and let's keep seeing this site grow.

BP-I never imagined we'd get to 2000. JW said we would though. He's a visionary!

Honestly and truthfully, it's all of you that make or break this site. People come here because of all of you. The experience you share, the tips you give, I just enjoy reading it all and learning from y'all. I love Checkmates, I'm not too sure exactly why, but I just do. My big thrill is just getting to see all the boats. So to then to feel like I actually get to play a small part in the Checkmate world, just tops it all off.

I still remember when Kip first contacted me I was like HOLY $$$$! And then when the guys sent pics of the development of the Pulsare 1600 for posting it was amazing.

So, thanks to all of you for making this site what it is.

And thanks to JW and Gus for all their hardwork and support.

I'm always impressed with the number of users and guests on the site when I visit. The number of people who register to get to more of the goodies says a lot about the quality of the site. Great job Chris.
