" For Sale" 2006 Checkmate Pulsare 2100, Yamaha 225 VMax

2006 Checkmate Pulsare 2100 BR. This boat is in excellent condition, as you would expect from a low-hr '06 model. It has a unique color scheme and I get complements on it every time I take it out. Plus, since the bottom is gray, it doesn't stain like white. Engine is a 2007 Yamaha 225 Vmax HPDI, with 120 hrs on it. It's still under factory warranty for a few months. The combination is super fuel efficient, getting around 4 mpg. The boat has spent most of its life in a climate-controlled, low humidity storage. Includes trailer, bimini top, snap on covers, 2 props, foot-throttle, blinker trim and j/p control, 12" hydraulic jackplate, sea-star hydraulic steering, etc... I haven't done any testing with this combo, but it should be good for 75-80 mph. $21.5k OBO, or will consider trade for late model 3-seater PWC + cash. Near Baton Rouge, La. Willing to separate. PM me with your e-mail address for pic's.

Would you sell the boat without a motor?

Why do some of the pictures show yellow strips and others show red?

I would definitely sell without the motor.

The stripes are metalflake with gold and red flakes. In some light they look red, and some light they look gold.

Is this checkmate still for sale and what motor did you put on it if so? Price?

Still for sale. Revised the write-up.

Edit: Apparently I've lost edit-rights to the original posting. The write-up should say:

2006 Checkmate Pulsare 2100 Bow Rider. This boat is in excellent condition, as you would expect from a low-hr '06 model. It has a unique color scheme and I get complements on it every time I take it out. Plus, since the bottom is gray/black, it doesn't stain like white. Boat currently does not have an engine and is $14,000 fully rigged with trailer. Several engines are available locally. One is a 2007 Yamaha 225 Vmax HPDI, with 120 hrs on it, still under factory warranty for $7000. Others vary up to 300 hp and $9500, all with warranties. The boat with an HPDI Yamaha is super fuel efficient, getting around 4 mpg. It has spent most of its life in a climate-controlled, low humidity storage. Includes trailer, bimini top, snap on covers, 2 props, foot-throttle, column trim and jackplate controls, 12" hydraulic jackplate, sea-star hydraulic steering, etc... These boats commonly run in the upper 70's with 225 hp, low 80's with 250 hp, and upper 80's with 300 hp. Will consider trade for late model 3-seater PWC + cash. Near Baton Rouge, La.
