20" shaft-about 25 freshwater hours on a tritoon-mostly at 6mph-was new in July of 2009-bought a 250ho etec for a little more water ski punch. Balance of factory warranty.
New this is about an $18,500 motor-buy mine for $12,000. NJ

Gary, I'm curious how much difference you saw between the 225HO and the 250HO. I'm thinking of doing the same thing on my 24 Pulsare, for pretty much the same reason.
