Manufactures of 'glass boats would pour expanding foam under the floors to meet flotation standards. (I had a 22' aluminum hulled Sylvan that the manufacture just placed pre-cut blocks of foam under the flooring. Different technique, same idea.)Plans with saw on Sunday! Why is there foam inside the floor?
