'58 tomahawk boat

i am considering buying a 58 tomahawk (not sure what the model name is, it has the "caddy" wings on the back, approx 14ft long) It has a 58 40hp mccoullgah (sorry about the spelling) he is asking 600 boat is in pretty good condition and the engine runs. I'll try to get pics tomorrow of it. Does anyone know anything about these; should I pass or jump on it for a project?

I don't know if it's a good deal or not. I was just linking you to a site that has a bit of history on the Tomahawk. ;)
