79 Enchanter floor and stringer repalcement?? How much material?

As any boat repair always starts it looks like it is going to be a small job the further I go the more I found. I thought I was just going to have to replace the floor in the open bow area of my enchanter. after I went on a quest tearing out the front the further I went the more wet wood and water logged foam I found. Now it has turned into a full floor and a new stringer for the center.

My question is how much resin, powder for making bedding compound, and specific type of cloth/mat do I need to buy so I don't have to keep on ordering stuff as I run out? how many layers of cloth do I need to put on the stringer and the floor? How thick of wood should I replace it all with? I have a good knowledge of what I need to do to replace it all but any pointers a help would be great will post pics soon.

I am planning on just taking the 34 inch wide floor and going straight to the front taking out the step up in the floor for the open bow area. It is getting a cover and is just going to be used for storage anyway.

Figured this would be an easy one....just looking for a ball park... Just don't want to buy five gallons and need ten or vise versa.

I would use 1/2" exterior plywood for the floor and 3/4" exterior for the stringer. You'll need to encapsulate the floor with 1.5 oz CSM,(both sides and edges). You can buy hull and deck putty to embed the stringer and to fill in around the edges/perimeter of the floor. The stringer you'll need 1708 up both sides, make sure you round the edges so the glass will lay down.

Below is a list of supplies, this is a guess without knowing length of floor and stringer:

From Merton's

5-Gallons of Polyester Resin
14 yds x50" of 1 1/2oz mat
4yds x12" of 6 oz mat
14 yds 1708 24 oz mat.
2-gallons of Hull & Deck putty
1"x6" Alum roller
1"x3" alum roller

Lowes or Home Depot

Thanks exactly what I was looking for. Now comes the fun part.

The 1708 listed above is for the stringer, so depending the height you'll need either 6' or 12" in width. I'm not sure how long the stringer is so make sure you have enough to go down both sides. 3'=1 yd, so if the stringer is 12' you'll need 8 yds total. Same for the perimeter of the floor, 6" wide by the perimeter. What's your width side to side(floor meets hull) and total length you're replacing? How long is the stringer? I can give you a more accurate supply count.
