79 Predictor Project boat $500

Hey guys. Just figured I'd post this up here before i throw it on CL. Its a 79 Predictor that is orange with silver metal flake. Top is pretty baked but i was able to bring a shine back after a little wetsanding and some compound on a buffer. I put a few pics up and the link to the thead of the paint resto I started. Boat is very nice below rub rail. This thing must have never sat in the water as there isnt even a water line.

The boat is un rigged and i previously had a 80hp mariner on it. The engine was trash so I made him an offer on just the boat (had big plans for power:drool:) The upholstery is decent but defiantly will need and new rear seat frame built. Seat bottoms in front have a little rot as well. Carpet is still in but but prob needs new soon. Still has the little ski locker under the bow as well. Floor felt pretty solid but i did find a little soft spot when I pulled up the rear seat. I did the transom stand test when it was still rigged and it felt very solid.

Trailer is decent. Needs new steps as the old ones were rotten. Tires are a little weather checked but I'd say they could make a trip to the new owner. Lights are another thing though...for some reason it has 2 sets and i dont believe either work. It looked like a nightmare to me so I never plugged them in.(didnt want to risk popping a fuse or something).

Let me know if you guys have any more questions. I'm not sure exactly when I'm going to list it elsewhere but you all have first shot. Btw if you didnt catch the title I'm wanting $500 for it, thats what I paid about 6mo ago. Don't really need to sell but just was trying to get a few funds together for my AR15 build. So if you have anything that might help me out there we could work something out as well. Might be able to work with you on meeting somewhere if you arent to awful far. Thanks for looking and heres a link to some pics.

well you could always just have 2 ...lol. If someone makes me an offer on here fairly close to my original price I would probably take it. I dont really feel like messing with craigslist if i dont have to.
