'87 21' Enchanter Floor Replacement

Starting a new adventure! Floor is soft and needs top be totally replaced. Started demolition and found stringers are bad(no surprise).

Have experience with carpentry but new to glass work. Any advice? Looks like time, prep and patience are key.

Found a post with estimated materials list and looks like I'll be making a trip to Merton's.

Also think bilge pump is dead. How difficult is that to replace? Figure while the gas tank is out, now's the time to do that.

pics to follow.
