Afternoon Manhattan trip - Friday 6th

I'll be taking some visiting family members around Manhattan this Friday shortly after lunch if any other boat is interested in joining us.

Not sure yet if we'll launch from Liberty State park and go around clockwise, or launch up by the Palisades and run south first to the East river and then up the Hudson to home.

Let me know if you're around....

I would love to, but Friday is a no go for me. If you head out anywhere on Sat or Sun, let me know.

See you on Wednesday if the weather holds out:bigthumb:

I'll see you Wednesday. Still planning to be there for 10am and till late afternoon.

Got a bunch of jobs done last Friday afternoon:
- Replaced bilge pump - old one was seized
- Washed the boat (how dirty are the waters around Dobbins!)
- Fitted a borrowed 4 blade prop (thanks Sim)
- Fitted bearing buddies (thanks Sim)
- packed a spare prop and fittings/tools onboard

I'd like to thank my sponsor - Sim.

No, this was a weekend or 2 after. The prop I loaned him (which it turns out was not the right fit for his boat) still exists. I think it's in atc's hands at the moment.
Had it been around in Dobbins I'm sure it would no longer exist.
That weekend was very, very hard on props.
It was the "apropalypse".
