Anyone looking for an MX15 project?

I've got a(to the best of my knowledge)a 72 MX15 that needs more work than I want to get into. This is the one with the small 4"? pad.I got it because I thought it just had some rock rash repair and it would be useable. It had been run with a 115 Rude on it right up until the rock rash partially sunk it.Finally got it flipped over the other day and found a 2 to 3 ft crack along one of the chines on the port side.I'm assuming the core has been comprimised on that side as there is some flex. The other side is rock solid. The pad is strait still-no hook. There is a small set of back to back seats, decent windshield and steering still in the boat. What you see is what you get basically.

Boat is located about an 1 1/2 hours north of Toronto.

Thanks for looking

Nobody interested in basically a free boat?Rescue a classic?
I'd hate to see it go to the dump, but that's where it's gonna end up.

I am in the same boat. wish you were closer because it would already be gone. all it would take to get it here would a pile of cash. :rof:

Just a bump!
Would love to see this gone before the snow flies. That could be any day now with the way the temp has been here for a few days now.Coldest Sept. I can remember in my 59 years on this planet.
Bring your trailer and haul it away.

Thanks for the bump but more work than I can handle. If only the hull wasnt destroyed. I'm looking to dump my project skimate for something like this.

Wouldn't really say it's destroyed. The rock rash looks a lot worse in the pics. The holes really aren't that big.I've seen a lot worse boats redone on this forum. Not saying it won't be a lot of work, but doable. If it was just the holes at the transom it would have been done by now.
