Finally had a chance to run the boat in relitivly calm waters this weekend and 43/44mph on gps with a 17p 3 blade was the best I seen.

Power is a 1980 115hp stack 6 Mercury

Is this about right? I'm thinking of trying a 19p but would hate to buy a prop only to find out a 21p would have been a better choice or 44/45 is all that engine will do and I should leave well enough alone.

Any feedback?
