Could be a couple of reasons, one my wife took the photo, but more than likely the information that Apple stores for the photo is not read by Windows, so try making sure you volume buttons are facing down when you shoot!! The newest versions of Windows supposedly have corrected the problem.

A Christmas present from my daughter finally showed up:

Well then... there is hope for me,

I have the same hat and a shirt on order, did it online right after Christmas, but I did not get a confirmation e-mail or anything from the factory to tell me I'll get what I ordered, Just a Paypal receipt.
I've called three times to talk to Sue but she is never available to answer her phone. The first time I called months ago to ask a question and place an order she never responded to my message. The last two times I called, after the order to see if she got it, no answer.

Fingers crossed and waiting... with renewed hope!!

I don't know when my daughter ordered it, but it was well before Christmas and today it finally shows up. She had to wrap a small present with a printout of the online advert to give me. After reading previous posts from others dealing with CMate wearables, I knew it was going to take a while so I wasn't holding my breath.
