elite GPS speedo problem

new to me 2009 2100 br with 250 ho etec. the elite gps speedo is linked to to the other gauges. seems like I'm not getting a signal, the needle just goes from one end to the other continuously, any body else see that?
 
If you have smartcraft, it can be reset in there. If you have pictures of your guages and dash it might help us more.
