FOR RENT - one week at Harborside Resort - Atlantis

Ramifications

Well-known member
I'm not going to be using my timeshare this year, since my wife will be 8+ months pregnant when we would be able to go.

What I have available:

One week stay - Saturday to Saturday at Harborside Resort at Atlantis
About Harborside - Harborside is part of the Atlantis (their timeshare portion) but totally separate. It is nice because you can go to the Atlantis and enjoy all their amenities, but retreat back to Harborside to relax by their pool or get a drink/meal at their restaurant on the water (The Point)
Time frame - Starting first week in September through the last weekend in November. Includes the week of Thanksgiving
Accommodations - One bedroom premium: one full bedroom, full kitchen, living room with pull out couch, dining room, washer and dryer, bath with separate commode, two sinks, shower and tub, balcony.
Access – full access to everything the Atlantis has to offer: pools and slides, restaurants, marina and marina walk, beaches, casino, Aquarium, free transport to and from all portions of the Atlantis (although I prefer to walk around the marina and dream about all of the 150’+ yachts) etc
Cost - $1,800 - although it is a decent chunk of change, it is a deal for the week. Check the prices for the one bedroom premium ($500-$700 per night)

If you are interested, send me a PM. I will also give you all of my recommendations for things to do and bring. We have it down to a science after going 6 times

Atlantis is a pretty sweet resort. Stopped there on a cruise a few years ago. I would love to go back eventually and stay more than a few hours.

The place really is awesome! Everytime we have been there, we find something we never saw before. In a week, you won't find the end of the place!

I wish I had the spare $$$$. Our 10 year anniversary is in September and our birthdays are in November. I'm jealous of whoever gets this great deal.

I have been seriously considering this for my daughters honeymoon. My wife would shoot me if I bought this for them after paying for thier wedding coming up this October. We have not made it there yet. I would be superdad and ahole all at the same time.:brickwall::devil::sick:

Been eyeing this....

Can't tell how far Harborside is from the Atlantis beachfront and pools area?

Room assignments? First reserved/first served?

Also looked at the meal plans, prob wouldn't do it, but what do the casual dining places run on resort?

It takes about 10 mins tops to get from your room to the pool or beach at Atlantis. It takes a little longer if you walk around the marina to get there - probably about 20-25 mins. Here is the view across the marina entrance from Harborside.

Rooms are usually first served, but if you call within 30 days of your arrival you can book specific rooms.

The casual dining places are still a little pricey, but we usually only eat dinner out and occasionally something small here or there. There places range from pizza, diner, johnny rockets to Bimini Road which is a nicer casual place. I would say average for two adults and a child is (for dinner) is around 60. I know last time I spent around 1k for the week. That was dinner out every night, taxi rides, misc BS stuff and a $150 worth of groceries for breakfast, lunch and snacks. There are also many great restaurants within a short taxi ride or decent walk that are much more reasonable.
