FYI- Any nice weekend there are a lot of people out on Sand Island also on the sandbar in front of the Northampton campground and Mosquito Bay just past the campground.

The only thing that happens as a "event" on Sand Island is the End of Summer Bash the weekend after Labor Day. Other events happen regularly throughout the season on other parts of the lake.

Yes but mostly on Facebook or business's websites. There is an event July 30th at the Northampton Marina called "Shipwreck 2016" which people boat to and they have a live band etc... You already missed a few of the events like the Fun Run, the Dam Tie Up, fireworks over the water at Sport Island and at Lanzi's, Wallies live band and The Breakfast Club at Sport Island. The two events left are Shipwreck 2016 July 30th and the Sand Island Bash the weekend after Labor Day weekend which usually has a live band etc... on the island.
