"Wanted" Info on buying a 1996 checkmake persuader 219

Im new here and not sure where to post this but i think in here might be good? im looking at a bought to buy and wanted to see what the value of it is today and whats a good buy and also how the boat is all around. it is a 1996 checkmate persuader 219 with the 454 and bravo out drive. it has 215hrs on it and in pretty good cond. what is this boat worth to sell and whats a good buy on it? nada book value says 6900-7000 with out trailer but i want to see what market value would be and if i pick it up what a good buy would be. thanks

I did owned the same boat(1992) w/454 bravo 1..Mine had trim tabs..Bought it in'95and sold it in '98.Paid 22500$ and sold it for 20500.$ W/230 hrs..
Loved it.very solid boat,easy to handle w/no chine walk..dont know what gps was,but the speedo had a top speed of 75 mph and the needle was bouncing at the top.dont know what it would be worth today but good luck on nego.

thanks this one also has trim tabs on it. just want to make sure i get a good buy where i have room if something goes wrong and can not lose on it down the road
 
I bought a 95 Persuader 21-9 454/bravo1 with 395 hours in Feb 2010 for $9,500. The boat was in excellent condition and included a Eagle trailer. GPS is right at 74 mph and handles great with the trim tabs. It has been a great boat for the wife and I. It could be a little confined if you have several kids running around though.
