Hello Everyone,

I picked up a 21 ft. 1986 Enticer with a 5.0 and an Alpha 1 and trailer last week for $ 4900 here locally on Long Island, NY. This is my first boat after owning a couple of jet-ski's and although its not as fast its alot of fun. Surprisingly its in very good shape considering its age. I guess these are really well made boats.

I had looked up the NADA used boat value on it (I assume this is w/o trailer) and it was $ 3500. I have not seen anything in as good shape as this boat in the under $ 5k price range so I figured that w/ the trailer and considering that there are few boats in this condition around here - I got a decent deal.

what do you guys think ?

sorry - its not an 1986 Enticer - its an Enchanter

if anyone has or knows where to get a good detailed manual with wiring schematics let me know

thanks again

Welcome to the board Nelson.

What kind of manual do you need?

Checkmate have never really had a model specific one for their different boats, they do have a general one. It would cover things finish and interior care and things related to the boat itself. For the engine you can get a manual on Mercruisers. :)

Thanks guys.

I guess that the Mercruiser manual would be what I need. I wanted to have wiring diagrams for the boat as well. Do you know where I can get these.
