making custom jackplate

I am a machinest and am going to fabricate my own jackplate, i just need to know where i can find a pump for cheep. if anyone has detailed pics of hydraulic jackplates or any ideas that would help.

I did the same

I am a machinest and a airframe mech. for the Army on Helos.I can send pics of mine but it is stationary.If done right you could use stripper bolts between the plates and it should slide real nice.Good luck.:bigthumb:
