Thought I'd share my new vinyl pics...they're not installed in boat...this weekend. The plan was to have them professionally redone (pricey$$$), so I opted to buy the vinyl/seats from www.veada.com (The total costs for seats/vinyl/swivels and pre-made trim was $622.00 w/ free shipping. The extra wood and hardware probably ran another $150.00. Seats were completely ready to bolt in, with the drivers helm having a flip up bolster for skiing/wakeboarding. We also opted for the seat swivels for both, which it originally didn't have) I had a friend's wife offer to sew all the vinyl, she backed out after she realized how soon I wanted them...that left me with borrowing a machine from a friend and sewing them myself. I patterned and cut all the vinyl. I am overall pretty happy with the results, considering I have NEVER sewed on a machine, and the amount of money saved. Plus I have enough vinyl left over to repair/replace if needed.
All the trim panels and cooler cover have new exterior grade plywood (coated with and enamel), new foam/batting and new stainless t-nut/washer/bolts.
Here's the rear bench seat, bow seats and back rest. These were all original wood/foam (not bad shape for a 30 year old boat!) I added synthetic batting to smooth out the look. I wanted a simpler look to the seats/vinyl.

Cooler cover (I applied vinyl to the underside since it is most subject to water exposure.).

Here are all the new panels.

New Seats. They can ready to bolt in. The cost $255.00 (driver w/ flip-up bolster) and $199.00 for the passenger helm.

Here's an old pic with my daughter showing us how she chews just for an idea of how it used to look.

As soon as I get them in I'll take completed photos.
