Disclaimer: I have never, ever buffed/waxed anything I've owned... so I don't have anything to compare to.

However,

3M Color/Gloss Restorer
3M Finesse-it
3M Scotchguard

used in sequence works! DAMN! Probably have 5 hours of buffing into it and still have the bottom to do, but wow, the boat is night and day from before.

I don't even want to take it out of the garage cuz it'll get dirty(Sippyrat syndrome?)

I put in a few hours on mine today getting ready to hit the bay. Dry fiberglass likes some moisture.
