October 2009's Boat of the Month Nominations

October 2009's BOTM Nominations (Please choose two)

  • Total voters
    20
  • Poll closed .
That is one tiny checkmate, the canoe makes it look small.
So that is one bigazz canoe or one of the smallest checks
I've ever seen!

v324908's Convincor is already in the botm poll, why have two?
Thus my vote goes to the red Convincor! Both are great pics!

That actually was a really big azz motor powered canoe.
The Checkmate is 20ft.

Wow, I'd have never guessed that Check was a 20' from that pic.
Thanks for the clarification. So, was there a sudden huge drop in
the water levels or was it run ashore at a high speed?

It's a low tide. We left it in the water at night and at the morning it was laying aground. Water went away for 60 or more feet that day after I took the picture, waited for high tide until evening. :brickwall:

Hi Guys,

I didn't realize that v324908's Convincor shot was the same one that is already a holdover from last month - I thought it was a different one. Sorry about that. :o

So, for that reason, we'll take the first and third place finishers and move them on to the official poll.

So congratulations go out to alliedtf1 and chrispallen, as your boats are moving on to the official BOTM poll for October. :)

-Chris
