Paint selection

So I'm doing a rehab on my Predictor and it needs to be painted. Metal Flake is out due to pricing and here in South Florida the sun would kill it.

I've seen some boats painted in a metallic paint and it looked pretty nice. I think Dupont and Imron has them.

I would like to stay with the original scheme with a blue or red and silver accents.

Has anyone repainted their bait in something similar
