Prop question for a '87 Johnson 175hp

What size prop am I suppose to run on a 1987 Johnson 175hp V-6 with a 15 spline shaft. I currently have a Renaged 13 1/2 x 25. When I looked on ebay for a Raker prop, everyone is selling 14 1/2 x (whatever pitch I want) for a Johnson V-6. Makes me think I don't have the right size prop right now, especially since there is a gap between the cotter pin hole and the bolt locker. What does the 13 1/2 and 14 1/2 measurment represent?
