PULSARE 2100/MERC 225

JUPITER PULSARE

Well-known member
After much thought and consideration regarding my plans for the Hydrostream AE 21 that I am restoring, I've decided to list my Pulsare for sale. The boat has the best of everything and most of you on this site know how I take care of my boats. The boat has high density Mantex stringers, custom in floor locker, Blackface/chrome ringed Livorsi gages mounted on Eddie Marine anodized red bezels (all behind dash wiring race wired), newly installed Sea Star Pro hyd. steering with the 6345 Allison ram, Stainless Marine 8" setback bracket, Bob's 5.5" hyd. Jack Plate, fuel/water separating filter system, Pioneer stereo, galvanized trailer, etc. etc.. The motor is a 3.0 liter Merc 225 Xri fuel injected motor/stock gear case with water scoops. The boat runs 73-75 MPH loaded and has been GPS in excess of 77 MPH. The entire package can be purchased for $13,500. PM me or call Steve at (954) 401-7296.

I think you are making a terrible mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:( :shakehead:
I can understand your need for speed, but after that the hydrostream will do nothing but leave you with a bad back!!! You can forget about running that boat in anything other then the flats!!!!!!

What you have is a jewel!!!:thumb: For me I would not care if the project took me 3 years instead of 6 mos to finish but I would never sell that classic boat!!!
Anyway now that I said my piece -- I wish you luck!! on an absolute classic boat -- with an absolute class owner!!!

Wow....just wow...

He'll be back:eyecrazy:

Jupiter, you forgot to mention that this is the one and only "skater edition" Checkmate Pulsare 2100!!!!LOLLOLOLLO

Beautiful! And looks like a great price! I'm planning on a 2100 for my next boat but I really need a BR. :thumb:

Lucky Buyer

JP, your Pulsare is probably the best Mate in Florida and far superior to the day it left the factory. Good Luck with the sale and your Stream project. Your boat will make someone very happy.

That boat is beatiful. Any more pictures? I wish I had money falling out of my pockets... I'd snatch it up!

If there's any interest I can remove the gages, hyd. steering and Merc Controls (they can be transfered to my Hydrostream) and sell the boat/trailer for $8500. You would get the hull, trailer, 8" Stainless Marine setback bracket, Bob's 5.5" Hyd. Jackplate, Pioneer stereo, etc. etc.:thumb:

Wow...things really slow down when the boating season ends for you guys up north!! Last time I considered selling my Pulsare the phone was ringing off the hook but I just couldn't pull the trigger because I've enjoyed the boat so much (and my unemployment didn't last too long!:)). My Hydrostream C.E. AE-21 is begging to be rigged...someone should jump on my Pulsare...it's been a great boat!!!

Great looking boat. A friend of mine would love it. He is trying to down size out of a ZT 240 that is just perfect. It has been a reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal tough year. Nothing is moving unless you just give it away. WHY the switch to a Hydrostream???? Cool boats but not as nice of a ride unless you got a tunnel V.

Hey Bob. Yeah, it's been a tough year...I spent 2.5 months unemployed for the first time in my life:(!! As far as the switch to the Hydrostream....I found such a rare Canadian Edition AE-21 (tunnel V/mod VP-same hull as an HST) that I couldn't say no to the sale. I got an unbelievable deal on the hull and it's the only one in existance in the color combination that I have:drool:! Also, many of the guys I boat with are running Hydrostreams, Allisons, etc. that run in excess of 85-90+ MPH. Short of dropping a 300X on the back of my Pulsare, the AE-21 will put me in that speed realm with very little investment. I'll probably kick myself for selling the Pulsare...but I'll be left with one very cool boat and a pocket full of change:thumb:!

Sounds fun. I've never had a chance to run one of those tunnel Vs. I have one in the shop right now for winterizing, maybe I'll have to find an excuse to run it next year. I had a Viper 15' with a 115 for 10 years. I put lots of hours on it. Thats where I learned to drive through some real wild chine walk.

The HST/AE-21 is a tunnel hull with a centerpod. On the HST/AE-21 both sponsons and the center pod are planing surfaces and equal in depth making it a tri-hull that packs air. I had a Talon 21 with a center pod that ran great....it would get the cat "hop" at about 75 mph...then the air "bubble" would clear the tunnels, the bow would drop, and the boat would accellerate like a jet to the mid 80's with a 2.5 245hp carb motor. I'm hoping to get the same experience with the AE-21!!:bigthumb:

I wish it wasn't in florida... i'd sell the predictor and the senator for that!! :bigthumb:

I really wish florida wasnt sooooooooooo far from Minnesota!
I am sure it will sell quickly to a very lucky person.
Good luck! :)

That's a bla bla bla excuse if its a good deal and you really like the boat whats the big deal about taking a weekend trip.

You can stop by and see me on the way for a beer
