Question on Evinrude 90

I recently bought a Predictor and this Evinrude 90 came with it. I'm not interested in keeping the engine as a new on is on the way, but I have some questions. The prior owner says that he rebuilt the engine with high performance parts and that it runs well. Here is what he sent me as to what he did to it. Is this something worth while or is it crap?

That engine has been bored out 30 over . And re sleeved. It has forged Wiseco racing Pistons. The block has been ported 4 high flow. The heads are milled for high-compression. Polished and balanced racing crank. Exhaust tube has been shortened and opened up. The lower unit has been drilled out to let the exhaust out before it goes through the prop. For higher acceleration at lower speeds. Bigger carburetors with bigger Jets. Advanced timing. The engine runs just fine on 90 tes pump gas. It does have more power if you use 115 leaded racing gas. But it's not necessary

I had a 100 hp commercial on my last Alum boat. It was my 4th Rude V4. I like them a lot. The last one was built the same way. At part throttle got really good fuel economy. And flat out was way too fast for the boat. Did about 45mph on a riveted 18 footer.
Now I have my 5th and 6th Evinrude 90 and these will be the last two 90HP XXL shaft on the planet. Working on a commercial boat. These motors come with the V6 gearcase. They will push a 200 ton barge without much trouble They are great IMHO.
