i have been looking around for a nice 2-hand boat recently. i saw a rinker 192 captiva with a 3/4 walk through from 2002 with a 4.3 l mercruiser. i like the "walk through the transom" idea.

what do you guys think? (i like to have some thoughts on the brand rinker and the 192 specially)

it's doing 50 miles an hour with the current set up. they are asking 22500 euro's including trailer overhere..

It's considered a decent boat over here. The Rinkers build the family style boats to pay for the racing they do. It's a decent middle of the road boat.

so the difference is that the checkmate is more for racing and the rinker for family activity...

that the rinker is not a fast boat i know.
v6 is running 49 miles an hour.

so you say that checkmate is more for the top end running than the rinker?

how about the quality?
