Oh, similar has been done before. Predictors(16ft) and Playmates(13ft) have been done with 200-225hp. The 200hp Predictor guys don't seem to be around much anymore. The Playmate was a one and only, tested and ran, but was not kept together.
I don't know the setup of any of them, but a short setback Jackplate getting the prop centerline even with the bottom of the hull at the top of the travel would be the starting point. Or with that much power, no jack plate just mounted direct on the transom an inch or two below the bottom of the hull.
The boat will sit low at the back and likely have water tend to come rushing over the transom when dropping off plane too quickly.
