Ski Pylon - Wanted ....

Ski pylon

What is the piece you got from ebay? I still have the original for my boat, but the 2 supports are bent slightly. If your new one replaces the original I would like to find out the information.
Thanks

pylon

bought the entire pylon with arms, main pole, hardware and fasteners on ebay. came from KV surplus just south of Minneapolis MN. Nice price and they delivered what i paid for!

I also need the two support poles. My center is fine, bent the supports. Did the new one you purchased replace the original without having to make new holes in the boat?
Thanks

Ski Pylon

It depends on what model of pylon you have. Swivel - eze makes 95% of the pylons out there that fit the checkmates. Check their model numbers and then you can verify it.

I had to cut the tubes, drill holes and relocate pins on the support arms to fit my boat. You may not have to do that but the support arms dont come with predrilled holes for the pins to adjust length. You will have to set that and drill it yourself. Take a look online to verify the style of support arms you have before purchasing. I think most are the pin type.

I also have a Starflight that needs the poles. Mine are also bent. Any info as to how to make contact with the outfit you purchased yours from would be helpful.
Thanks

If you guys haven't found another source for pylon parts you might give Overton's a try. They do special orders and should be able to order from Atwood, who now owns Swivl-Eze.

BTW, Did those brace arms get bent towing a skier...or did you try pulling a tube from them?

Hi guys,
I just put a new set on my Starflite. It took several tries to get the correct replacement, but I now have the correct p/n to fit the mate. The complete setup was like $150.00. Everything fit well. The support poles do need to be drilled for the pins to fit your boat. If you like I'll post that number but it will be after this week end. Hope this helps.

I know this is old

I know this is an old thread but I never saw the product info for this. I have a starflite with the original hardware in place but I have no way of knowing what model number fits. $150 would be great but a new set up is over $300.....

I have one I'd sell for $150 if I can find the setup Pulsare's have. Mine is swivel-ese I believe.
