Something happen to Trick Marine?

I know several people have voiced concerns (perhaps that's putting it nicely) regarding Trick Marine. I just attempted to access their website and was re-directed to Monster Marine. It may be the case that Monster has been around for some time, but I have never heard of them. After what has been reported regarding Trick, I was interested to know if anyone has used Monster Marine or if Monster is simply Trick Marine renamed. If Trick Marine re-directed to Monster as a courtesy that is a nice convenience.

Is anyone a happy customer of MonsterMarine?
 
There was some big fiasco with Trick. There was a thread on OSO about it as well as Scream which go into detail about the whole deal.

There is also another one around here somewhere, but it didn't really get into the gory details.
