I found this online today and whipped it together in about an hour. A cheep way to check spark.

I bought a spark tester at the local auto parts store for around $10. Every engine has a spec on how far the spark will travel, the store bought tester is adjustable for different spark gaps from zero out to around 1" or better, but only test 1 coil at a time. Come up with a multi coil tester that is adjustable and you will be everyone's hero. Great idea guys.

That is what I have setup.... Its essentially the same thing with a leg on it and an adjustment plate to jump the gap. And a built on clamp. I seen one from a pal who just welded plugs into a plate, figured I'd improvise.
