water ski pylon question

so yall might find this helpful this is the pole from rex marine i am satisfied with it i just need to reinforce my deck where it goes through the deck. i got it now so i can plan everything together at the same time. here are a couple pics. im trying to figure out how my gas tank is gonna go let me know if you have any ideas.

I kow you allready figuered your mounting plate out but just incase someone else is trying to figure out how to mount it withh the gas tank here's what I did, when I bought my boat the ski bar mount was on the floor because the previos owner had moved the gas tank up front.

I wanted the tank in the back where it belongs so I built a aluminum bracket on either side of the tank for the ski bar to mount on.

The first pic is how it was when I got it.

I was thinking of using the same set up to my boat. I was thinking about welding two aluminum rods to pylon under the slash well. Then weld the rods to a couple of aluminum plates that are screwed into transom. I think there is alot of force pulling back with a skier or tube. It would not be removable but have extra support.
