Do you happen to know how far below the pad your prop centerline is (when trimmed exactly parallel to the bottom of the boat)? Mine is 5.5 inches below the pad. If yours is the same then I would guess you will be in the 72-74 range. With the stock heads I doubt you will break 400 HP and with the added weight of a big block over my small block I suspect most of your gains will come from a cleaner bottom and the fact that you have a closed bow. Get some better heads and I bet you will see another 3-5 mph, because I suspect the heads you have now are holding you back. Of course this is all just speculation based on the very few facts I know about our boats and your combination. By the way, what prop were you running before, and what prop are you planning to run now?
 
I was running a labbed 23p laser 2 with the old 330hp.so i could spin 4800rpm. and get some good bow lift.But i have a ss vengence 23p i might have to use with the new motor .I had to put her up before i could test it.It needs to warm up here in illinois.
