Wow!You can always get a 3/8 alluminium plate that has the shape of the full rear of transom and get one made on the inside also but weld two 3/8 vertical triangle to that plate with a flat bar on the bottom of triangles so that you can bolt it to the sub floor, and then on top of those triangle run a flat peice of 3/8 x2 inches wide again and weld horizontaly to the transom plate just above the triangles. Make sure you divide the triangles about 16in. apart so it will not interfear with the bolts of the engine use silicone sealant in between each plates on each side of transom and bolt everything together with nice sst caridge bolts
