Thanks for the nice words . Soon as I get it all painted and mounted back up on the boat there will be a video of her running on the hose in the drive way . I cant wait to hear it running myself . But its getting really close ...

This what we got done Friday afternoon before me and my brother and Nephews headed up north for the weekend ... We put the carbs back on and the coil and distributor and flywheel .... When my parents showed up at the lake early Saturday morning my dad says oh by the way I already timed the motor while it was sitting on the garage floor .

Will your project has me glued to this thread, you have done a awesome job. One thing I can not help thinking is with those rims and the paint on the trailer and that gorgeous job on the boat, the perfect picture for that would be with the boat behind that really pretty Marauder.

Lol . That marauder doesn't get driven very much . Its a 2003 bought brand new and only has 9,200 miles on it . Only reason its not in the garage is because the boat is in there . That car still smells brand new .

I do have to say it is a toss up for me between the Vmate and that Maruader. The Maruader is a bucket list car for me, but it is hard to find one that someone is willing to sell.

On another note, how much seacast did you use in total? And if you only had the transom to do, what would be your best guess on how long that process taken?

I used 7 Gallons . Mixing the sea cast and pouring it in only too about a hr or so . Getting the old transom out took about 2 days

I must say all these projects have given me an itch to buy something that will fit in the garage. I use to redo cars and haven't really had a project in a while. I'm really liking your flake and would for sure have to try that. Thinking I might have to pick up a winter project to keep me entertained. Looks like you'll be boating soon.
