Jack plate is a great advantage in setting up the boat. A hyd plate will give you the best of both worlds. Down when taking off and raised for top end.
Foot throttle is a must have for any boat that is capable of speed over mid 70's. Keeping your hands on the wheel to drive is a good thing.
While your at it, I would also add turn signal style controls for the trim and jack plate. Allows you to adjust on the fly with both hands on the wheel.

CMC makes a nice jackplate, and land and sea has the foot throttle you are looking for. Check with Boatman, he's got it all

I have a land & sea foot throddle and love it its the only one that allows u to use it or the hand throddle. Which is nice when your just putting around u don't have to be glued to seat with your foot stuck to pedal.Only proplem is I don't beleive they still make them CHECK AROUND?

Checkmate factory installs CMC JP's. I'm not a fan, I think there is too much play. I like Detwiler or Slidemaster. Both have interlocking channels with zero play.
