Water Pump/Impeller replacement

Try dropping the LU again and put a hoes on the pickup tube in the mid section.
As for the guages you may have loosened a connection on the engine while taking off the LU?

Boston that impeller was pretty bad off as well as the housing. See Attached. Do you think there's something clogged up or maybe the water tube got disconnected on the install? The gauges are from a loose wire when i disconnected the battery. The buzzer must have reset itself because it doesn't go off when i turn the switch. I get the usual chirp now.

did you ever double check your needle bearing that drives the impellor ? flat spots or just a ch of out of round could stop the impellor from spinning !

Yes i did. Thanks!!! Update: Turns out I had a bad t-stat on the right side looking from the back facing the motor, combined w/ a bad impeller. I also have a slight head gasket leak on the same side. I'll be ordering new t-stats and head gaskets today. The folks that had this boat before me didn't take care of it. I would like to a thank everyone once again for the suggestions/ideas and input.
