Checkmates on the Lake

Trey (caddman) and I was on the lake today doing some testing/setup on the Enforcer and getting action shots before I picked up my wife and son at the dock. I added bobs stabilizer to the motor moved the trim tabs in the up position. What a difference that made, great hole shot and better top end. We also met another guy with a 1985 Checkmate w/ 115 evinrude at the sandbar. The pictures of the Enforcer is with the Bob's Stabilizer plate and me flying solo:

Yeah, great pics guys! Trey's new paint looks good.

The Enforcer looks like it airs out really nice.. how'd it run?

Thanks!!! 24P raker 1.87 gears 6000 rpms 65 gps and prop slip 11%. In the picture I was running 63 gps @ 5800 rpms into a head wind. The stabilizer helped calm the porpoising on top end, I was able to get air underneath the boat. I'm going to try the 26P raker on it next weekend and see if I can sqeeze a few more mph out of it.

Thanks!! Still looking for the plexiglas to get the windshield back on! But at the same time I'm liking the no windshield look!

The no windshield look makes the boat look longer in the water, probably a wind screen or maybe the same size as on my boat would look great.:thumb:
