Resto/Custom/Encapsulated Enticer

Thank you for the kind words..!! It was a lot of extra work (capping) and I'm pleased how it turned out...! It's not "perfect".. but who cares at 70 mph..!!
Good luck with your project.!

I'm curios if there is another "capped or encapsulated" Checkmate in this forum somewhere??

I agree, --- I would also like to see if anybody else in the forum has done this with their CM

bad a$$. really stepped up the look of the boat. colors look great on it.

Thanks man..! My mind has been set on this "hot orange color" for some time now.., And it's hard to see from pics..., but the "gun metal grey" pin-striping is metallic and it really pops against the two flat colors..

Looks great:thumb: I like the way it ties in with the graphics on the motor.

Thanks man.!!
I'd like to say "I planned it that way".. but that was a coincidence... I didn't realize it until I was putting the new Merc. decals on.. and I didn't think anyone would notice..! You've obviously been around boats for a while.?

Really turned out nice. I like the Stripes along with no rub rail. Be careful at the docks. Don't want to ding that pretty paint job.

I agree, it turned out very nice, I would love that look on my Mate but the marina where my boat is kept is like bumper cars on a busy day.:pissed:

Beautiful --- absolutly love the look ---- really really nice job

Thank You Thank You!!
It may not look like it... but i spent a lot of time thinking about different ways to up-date the new upholstery. It's so easy and tempting to do too much. In the end... I kept it simple.. clean... less is more...

I know what you mean. I'm spending hours thinking about and drawing design ideas. What I really need is few hundred bucks so I can by fabric, foam and get rockin on the sewing machine.:bigthumb:
