1987 2.4L EFI MERCURY BRIDGEPORT.I

That was a screaming engine in its day. Great motor. If you are buying one have a leakage and compression test done. Have a pressure test done on the lower unit.
On a bridgeport the block will not have any paint on it. Bare casting. I forget what they where rated at for HP. I want to say 245hp but I am not sure.

If it is a EFI Parts are very hard to find I have a friend with a 21 Sleekcraft W/2.4 Bridgeport and She had a lot of problems finding EFI parts. Just my two pennys
