1987 21' Enchanter Value?

I have a 1987 21' checkmate enchanter with a 1985 Mercury 200HP outboard.
The engine is in very good condition and runs well. I recently had it tuned up with the carbs rebuilt, new impellar, bobbit valve, thermostats. As well as new steering helm and cables.
The hull was painted at 1 time and is usable as is, but would need to be stripped and redone to look great.
The upholstery and carpet need to be redone, as well as the dashboard.
It sits on a single axle steel trailer.
Any ideas of what this boat might be worth as it sits?

i sold a great running 87, new clear gel on top, very nice condition, carpet and vinyl done with only 2 yrs on them. sold it 4 years ago for 7500.00, i had way more in it!! and had 15" setback, hotfoot, barefoot boom, new covers etc etc......
