Active member
I just got the engine and jack plate bolted on today. It has a 10" hyd. jack, hyd. steering, snap in carpet with vinyl floor, custom wheel, pop up cleats and bow light, color keyed bezels, custom mooring cover. It will be rigged with a 26" Bravo 4 XS. Rigging the boat now, so if it looks good to you give me a call and I will make it custom fit to your specs.
Price $46,085.00

I took this for a test run Monday night. The 2100 sure is a nice riding boat. I don't know how fast it was going because none of the gauges were working. I have the worst time getting the Livorsi gauges programed. Boat is now available for a test run. Warning one ride and you will want one.

Support your local Checkmate dealer

The previous owner of my ZT280 purchased it through Roberts Marine. He also purchased his prior Checkmate through Roberts. He had nothing but good things to say about his experiences and praised Roberts on the service provided. I spoke with Bob prior to purchasing my boat. He was very helpful and professional.

Anyone in the area looking to get into a Checkmate should give Roberts Marine the opportunity to earn your business.

Good luck with the sales Bob!

Still checking it out. I believe the boat runs with less walk than a three blade. But I think the Tempest may be a little faster. More on that the next time I get to run it.

I finally got all the gauges to work and ran it last Friday. The Bravo XS 4 blade is a sold lock on the water. The 26" was running 75 when it hit the rev limiter. A 27" Tempest is what works on this set up so I was surprised to be hitting the wall. The throttle responce with the Bravo is unreal. Move the throttle a touch and you are instantly going 5 mph faster.

Here we are in 2013. I will be getting this boat out of storage soon for the Mpls. boat show. It will end up with a 28" Bravo 4 blade. Plenty of time to have any otions you want installed and be the first one on the water this spring.

About 49,000. I would need to see what 300 are going for this spring. The 300 on an open bow is kind of over kill in my opinion, but I have rigged a bunch of them.

How did the Mpls show go Bob? Did you get any preorders lined up or sell the 2100? I wanted to stop to say hello but couldn't make it.

The show went well, thank you. We sold a couple of MirroCrafts, and a few lookers at Checkmates. I had three people in two days ask me if that new 2100 was a boat from the 70s that I restored????? No its a new boat. Any luck selling the 28?

proof that they still have some old school cool in a new mate

I haven't been pushing the ZT-280 in the off season. changed my sig here that's about it. I suppose I'll have to think about relisting it soon

I need to ghet this boat back on page one. It's spring according to the calender, and this boat needs a new home. Make me an offer. also take a look at Robert's Marine face book page and check out the 67 Camaro I just finished restoring. Thats for sale too.

That is very interesting! They are wrong of course, it is the 80's look that they are recognizing. Still one of the nicest designs ever.
