Well, while the boats in fla getting the transom, stringers and floor redone, I've been busy getting the motor ready. It's a 89 220 Laser EFI. Thought it would be cool to add the 260 cowling I had laying around for that, "what's under the cover" mystery.

Curious who is doing the floor, stringers and transom - what materials and what they're taking $$ you for?

Scott at All Fiberglass Repair... Lots of experience and super to deal with.

I went back with wood and have a lot of pics of the tear-down and rebuild process. We've also pressure tested the tank and coated it before installing.

I did some of the tear-down so the price was lower than I anticipated...

Water,

AFR posted a pix over on SF of your 2100 rebuild. Scott has a good rep over there.
Good luck-

Looking at these gelcoated floor pics has got me thinking about doing my entire cabin/cockpit on the 28 the same way....

We totally went after the low maintenance of a gel floor... We also eliminated the front ski locker to help keep the stringer & floor as dry as possible to hopefully last a very long time even though it's all glassed underneath...

I love the way it looks, gonna pick it up saturday... Can't wait to see the stripe we are adding to the outside tomorrow......

Finally!!!

The interior finally showed up. I should be able to get it in the boat soon. I'll get pics up when it's in the boat...

Can anyone tell me where to get a replacement ski pylon, I have the 2 anchors and the base but not the pole.

Thanks,
Chuck
