Thats about 30-40 seconds away by a fast boat on the Rideau River. Thats right by me. If I knew ya however many years ago, you could have stopped in and gave me a visit. I don't deal there much though, more with Hurst Marina right down the road! I didn't think it would be that close... How long ago did you get it?

I've never tried wood fired pizza. There is actually one I pass by on the way to work everyday. Is it much different from everyday pizza?

wood fired brick ovens cook at a much higher, and dryer heat, which helps seal in the natural flavors. The secrect to great pizza is using only the best and freshest ingrediants. Give the place by you a try.

To be honest, it seems like too many pizza places all taste the same. Kinda like the burger joints. They're not particularly good, just consistently mediocre, if you catch my drift. We have one really great place near us, called Dante's. They take a lot of pride in their food and it shows.

Chris... Tom's (DR.Z) sister/brother-in-law owns a bar and they do the same thing and it's awesome! Give it a try! In fact, if you make the Checkmate event, even if you can't bring a boat, we'll take care of you..
