86 Checkmate Exciter For Sale

Here's my 86 Exciter for sale. It's been out of the water since 2009 when I bought a new Centurion wakeboard boat and pulled the Checkmate out with every intention of doing a full restoration. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with cancer early this year and my winter restoration project was put on long term hold.

The boat needs a wet sanding and clear shot, new seat upholstery, and a starter, so right now it's not running. It was winterized when I put it away inside my barn in late 2009. It's a couple of winter weekends from being one of the fastest, coolest boats on the water.

Low time 86 150hp Merc Black Max that ran the boat 60 mph, which is plenty fast for me. If I end up keeping it, if anything, I'll repower it with a 125. Trailer is in decent enough shape.

I'm asking $2500. Boat is located in Greenwood, Delaware. email is rntcarlisle@gmail.com.
